Following the successful launch of Saxdor 200 Sport and Pro Sport models, the shipyard’s new addition promises to revolutionize outboard boats.
Three models will be built on this 10-meter platform at once: with an exquisite design, powerful outboard engines that allow achieving high speeds, but at the same time providing economical consumption due to the special shape of the hull. The first model Saxdor 320 GTO will receive a T-shaped top and walk-around deck.
The design bureau J&J Design has endowed the boat with lines that ensure seaworthiness, safety and ease of control. “I have always admired by Italian design, American functionality and French prices. In the 320, the aim is to combine all of the above attributes with Scandinavian style,” says company founder Sakari Mattila.
The sporty Saxdor 320 GTO is also based on a high level of comfort and thoughtful ergonomics. In the bow, the mattress and seating provide more space for guests to relax, and the built-in anchor and other equipment ensures that lines are kept clean.
A distinctive feature of the cockpit is its versatility. The reclining side terraces create an unrivaled connection to the water, and the adjustable back sun mattress ensures that this area is equally comfortable when transitioning at high speed and while relaxing.
The elegantly integrated T-top provides a canopy over the bar and helm. Additional sun protection is available at the bow and stern. It’s also nice that all of the above comes standard on the Saxdor 320 GTO.
According to preliminary data, with one 300 hp Mercury V8 engine, the maximum and cruising speeds will be about 38 and 30 knots, respectively. And already with a pair of 300 hp each, the Saxdor 320 GTO will be able to deliver over 50 knots.
